Wunda Walter is a magnificent game for the VIC-20 expanded to 16k. It has four levels of increasing difficulty: you have to eat the pills while avoiding flying enemies and sharp-shaped objects. Push the button to fly up, then release the button to float down. Originally released on tape, you can now enjoy it in diskette format (.d64) even on emulators.
